Millions of Egyptian citizens have started countrywide protests since army ousted President Mohammed Morsi.

Main crowd gathered in Nasr city, in the Egyptian capital.

Morsi was Egypt’s first democratically elected president.

New Rule in China: Visit your Old Parents or Pay the Fine

New rule in China is asking citizens to must visit their elders or face the fine or even court.

Chinese media have called the new rule “Elderly Rights Law”.

Cases were increasing in the China where old people were poorly treated or neglected by their children.

Recently a Chinese court heard appeal of a 77 years old mother and ordered her daughter to visit the old mother at least once in two months.

People from other political parties and normal Pakistani-British and other British citizens protested against MQM and MQM party leader Altaf Hussain.

Protesters had cards saying that British government and London police should arrest Altaf Hussain. Protesters called Altaf Hussain terrorist, murderer and traitor.

Netvibes vs Feedly Cloud vs Digg Reader vs AOL Reader

Google announced that they will shut down RSS Reader service google reader in July. Since then several companies started making similar services, Feedly who was already offering reader service launched their desktop version. Digg and AOL launched new readers. Netvibes was already there.

These readers help you get updates and news from your favourite sites at one place, like some Email inbox.

Lets compare these new readers by my point of view.

AOL Reader:AOL Reader

AOL reader is my new favourite RSS reader. They have lightweight web version with some animations with features such as sidebar, sharing to social networks, quickly showing RSS story in a blink on click. When you are reading some story it have Next story or Previous story buttons makes reading more comfortable. They do offer smartphones mobile web version of the reader but don’t have any mobile application yet. Different views for the stories, list view, card view, full view, pane view. AOL reader web comes with a left sidebar which includes our RSS subscriptions.

56 Rupees to Spend from a 100 Rs Recharge due to High Telecom Taxes and Extra Network Deductions

High taxesPakistan have a modern telecom infrastructure in the country with more than 123 million subscribers.

Previous governments have been imposing different taxes on telecom sector, so did new government. They increased with holding tax (WHT) 10% to 15% with the addition of 5% starting from July 1st 2013.

Telecom service providers also deduct 7% extra service charges in the name of services maintenance which will be increased by 2% making it 9% in July. Already announced by few networks, others will follow as usual.

Lets count total taxes and extra charges Pakistani telecom customers will have to pay.

  • 15% WHT tax (1st July)
  • 19.5% FED Tax
  • 9% networks deduction
  • Total: 43.5%
