Telenor have new website with customer reviews feature

With new look, easy menus and comfortable access, Telenor Pakistan have a new revamped.

Telenor have combined Djuice website within one web . Now Djuice customers don’t have to visit separate web for information and online services.Screenshot_3 

Now visitors can get information from one place. New website have new customers login portal which offers features such as services online activations, product reviews, account settings and more.

Product reviews feature will help other visitors know the opinions of the users of the product they are visiting.

    New design of website does not attract customers, best customer service do. Customer Service of Telenor is ‘ZERO’ because it has become a sales company not a service company.

    Changing design does not change attitudes. Service is the main factor, design is just cosmetic. My telenor number is blocked for the last one month, repeated complaints are lodged with customer care but still no progress. I am not provided service so what would design do for me?
